Yibtech AS CR 110 is special closed front compartments included to provide hygienic infrastructure of #computer, #automotive, #food, #beverage, #pharmaceutical factories and #cleanrooms to reduce particulate contamination.
Yibtech AS CR 110 uses high-pressure air flow, HEPA-filtered air to remove dust, lint and other contaminants from personnel or object surfaces. Vigorous “cleaning” of surfaces before entering sterile #environments reduces the number of airborne contaminated particles entering to the environment.
When properly incorporated into the cleanroom design, Yibtech AS CR provides an #ISO classified hygienic entry process to ensure the sterile infrastructure of the constrained #cleanroom.
Yibtech AS CR 110 is placed between a corridor area and the manufacturing plant/ #cleanroom. After the working personnel wear their appropriate clothing and personal protective equipment, they enter Yibtech AS CR 110 to remove the residual particles from them.
It is designed for users to exit through a second door to the manufacturing facility/ #cleanroom when the program cycle is complete.
